Contest Brief

Looking for someone to redraw the outside of a house I am working on in Cuba.

Looking for design ideas.

Basic roof and exterior walls must remain.

For scale bottom floor is 10 ft to ceiling. Second Floor is 8 1/2 to Ceiling. House size is 31 feet wide 40 feet long. Front, and side porch is only 3 feet wide.

Windows and doors must stay in @ same spots, Steps could be moved to side. but can not go further toward the beach... not sure about it. Sun deck on top would be nice too.

Please make it #guaranteed.. Also, could you give an idea about the type of materials those can be used for exterior design elements? Can wood be used? Are you ok to use multiple color scheme?

  design will be primary with concrete, And maybe aluminum. No wood. Even though about sun deck on top maybe. Open to all colors.
