Creating a template in indesign or photoshop

Contest Brief

We need a template with layers that makes it easy for us to replace the design on the front and on the back of a card.

The card corners, shades and mask must be very well made, so when we place a picture file in selected layers, the file appears as on the surface of the card back and front.

Please have a look at the attached image. It dont need to look identical, so feel free to make a design that as impressive as possible show the whole front of a PVC card and parts of the back. (With layers so that we can make many identical files, with different "print" on the surface.

I Hope I made myself understandable...

We use both photoshop and illustrator, so the file delivered to us should be either of the two softwares. The quality/resolution must be good.

Hi. We will put hundreds of designs into the tamplate, so there is no special design except the presentation/ effects in the template. - We need it to be made so any image files can be put in between layers, and they will apper as printed on the surface without extra masking/editing

Maybe the description was not so good. - I want to be able to keep main template of front/back of a PVC card, but compleatly change the "print" on the card surface by placing a image file in given layers of the file (Eighter photoshop or illustrator) - See attached file. - This is how it might look when I place two image files (front/back) in the layers of your design
