Create puzzles for a puzzle magazine

Contest Brief

We run a Puzzle Magazine subscription and want to find someone to provide puzzles for use in the magazine. The contest is obviously a one off but we're looking to find a long term supplier.

The puzzles should be easy enough that most people can solve them in 5 minutes; they should be supplied as a packaged indesign file that includes all the links, graphics and fonts; they should have interesting themes relevent to the United Kingdom and use British English spelling; they should provide simple instructions on how to play the puzzle; you should provide solutions to the puzzles in a separate file. The magazine template has been attached so you can see size requirements.

The indesign page size the puzzles sit on is W165mm x H245mm. I have attached a PDF of an older version of the puzzle booklet so you can see examples.

We want 4 puzzles, all different types of puzzles, but excluding Wordsearch Puzzles. Send them to us however you see fit as we don't know the Freelancer platform very well. Maybe you will have to email us the final In-design files if you're the winner and we can exchange info.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Again, we do NOT need Wordsearch Puzzles.

Do not be disappointed. Bad for them as they lose all the joy and personal satisfaction that work and creativity has to offer...

Thank you to the contenstants who have identified copied puzzles. While these copied puzzles are good and the kind of thing we want, we may not have the rights to use these so I've had to reject them.
