     It doesn't make sense. Was UPcoverC.jpg created by a designer with manipulating "layers" e.g. there is transparent background in the logo interior? Can we do that first and then animate the logo? And do you want the same blue, red and black background to animate or appear dynamically?

     yes jpg file is example concept of whole logo and colors of soccer team. Yes colors must be same ( u can do it little bit more saturated if needed). but idea like this
