Contest Brief

I am in search of a new logo. The business name is: "East Coast Cafe" and is an urban chic meal prep company in NYC. I am looking for a trendy chic design that gives off urban clean and trendy.
My preferred style is Modern Minimalist. I am open to many creative ideas for inspiration.

I've attached a few ideas that I liked but I am still looking for something different that stands out to me.
