Contest Brief

I need a custom image that will be printed out on a 3' x 5' vinyl banner on Zazzle (or similar site). The text should say: Happy Birthday Zoe. The image should be vibrant, festive as well as include an image of an African American baby/toddler/small child with a beautiful afro or afro puffs. If you do a cartoon, it should resemble my child. Do not use stock content. The images attached are just for inspiration (the paint splatter image is awesome and I would love a play off of that). You can use balloons or rainbows or streamers or stars or moons or suns or anything else festive.
