Contest Brief

Page experience for desktop is 90%, so it also has issues that need to be resolved: See attached screen captures from Google Search Console.

This contest is to find the consultant who has the best answer regarding what the plan should be (as well as the best qualifications, including being a BigCommerce specialist), to make changes to the site to resolve these problems. The winner of the contest will be the consultant chosen to implement the plan to correct the problems (assuming that your rate for the work is reasonable).

THE WINNING ENTRY WILL BE A PLAN (not simply a graphic) submitted by an expert in BigCommerce and SEO. I suggest that you post a brief entry and then send me the details of your concept/plan in a document as an attachment in a chat, so that others bidding on this contest cannot copy your ideas. The winner will be the consultant that contributes the best assessment of the problems, as well as a great plan for the solution.

The website is www.data-alliance.net. It has a Stencil theme that is customized: The theme is mobile-friendly without the customizations. I think that the large number of graphics have to do with the poor user experience, but there is more to it than that.

Your plan should answer the following questions regarding factors possibly contributing to the poor page experience for mobile: (1) Are the "header galleries" of graphics too wide and this is a contributing issue (Google says the pages are too wide). (2) Is the "right sidebar gallery of graphics" causing the page to be too wide, or otherwise contributing to the poor page experience for Mobile users? (3) What other factors are triggering the "poor page experience" assessment from Google Search Console?

I'm not looking for a very general SEO analysis right now, nor an analysis that focuses on other issues than the most urgent situation: Over 800 pages are not mobile-friendly according to Google Search Console. This is the main problem that I want you to focus on. I have other consultants working on other types of site errors.

Thanks very much
