Contest Brief

I need a cartoonist to draw a colorful water scene for me to use on my bar sign. I am attaching a quick cut an paste JPG to give an idea of my vision.

I am looking for a comical depiction of a tipsy boater running over one of the 2 navigational buoys (red or green) in the scene. I would like to have the head of the boater to be up above the windshield and noticibly tipsy via blood shot eyes and/or other signs.
