We need a banner for our job ad for social media channels like facebook, instagram and our website.
We are working at the construction business (b2c), house building.

Attached you can find a sample of an ad which we like very much:
We would like to use the slogan "Schnautze voll von deiner(M) Alten?" -> M in blue and "r" from "deiner" crossed out.

Jobtitles are:
Vorarbeiter m/w/d
Maurer m/w/d
Quereinsteiger m/w/d
LKW Fahrer m/w/d
im Hoch und Tiefbau

If there is space please use the text:
