  As we are working in "a concept" is like the Hotel Concepts, like the Courtyard Marriot, you know what to expect..a central courtyard, free breakfast, tidy bussiness rooms, so no matter where you go, you have an idea of what your are gong to get.....the same here, we want a concept that could be built anywhere in Mexico

  Mexico is about color and very nice weather...We all want to feel like in outside to enjoy..Natural material are abundant, stones, palm trees, etc. But we also want to be safe during a storm...It would be nice to have a very low maintenance cost...

     We do not have the plot, but as you can read in the powerpoint presentation, we are considering between 5,000 to 10,000 square meters, but we want to leave a lot of room for landscaping and ammenities.
