Contest Brief

We have a Unified Communications application that needs an avatar that can indicate two statuses: phone and chat availability. Phone status includes: available, on the phone (or busy), do-not-disturb and offline (phone is disconnected). Chat status is simply available to chat (online) or not (offline).

We're currently using Material Design so any design should fit within its language and patterns.

Requirements and specifications:
* Indicate phone status (available, on phone, do-no-disturb, and offline)
* Indicate chat status (online or offline)
* Show user's picture if available
* Show placeholder if user does not have a picture
* Maximum 48dp x 48dp

so, what kind of avatar do you need? and how much avatar needed? is it more like emoticon or like siluet avatar?

  The avatar will represent a user. If the user has uploaded a profile picture we'd like to use that in the avatar. However, if the user does not have a profile picture there should be a placeholder. A silhouette style is probably more in line with our needs than an emoticon style.
