Design a college booking app (with admin section)

Contest Brief

Need someone to design the following app (it's only a few screens / views) using the colors from the attached image.

I need this to look new / fresh. It's for iOS and Android. Please ask any questions you may have.

Registration / Login Screen:
- User authenticates with Facbeook
- Admins can also sign in with Facebook

Main Screen
- Menu slider on either left or right top corner (to show the menu)
- List of people that have been referred and their current status which can be one of:
-+ Referred
-+ Registered
-+ Paid (This is the commission given to the user for referring someone to the college)
- Button on the bottom to say "Refer someone"
-+ This should simply open a "share" link which will provide a referal code
- Once the user with the referal code physically registers at the training centre, admin staff there will need to login and mark the code as used and this customer and their amount paid should be registered in the app of the person who referred them.

Menu
- Payment Options:
-+ Allows the user to store their paypal email address OR bank details
-+ Bank details should consist only of Bank, Account Name, BSB, Account Number
- Contact Information
-+ Should allow the user to edit their Phone number and physical address

Admin Section
- Menu on the left or right

Menu
- List / search Referal codes
- List / search students

Student View
- When selecting the student, view their contact and payment details
- Add a "payment" to the student (payment will be made manually but the payment should be recorded here)
