Contest Brief

Need to create floor plan for a single storey 4 bed 2 bath house. Also need to create elevation for it.

The floor plan measurements should be in 100mm addition. Cannot have 2550mm it has be either 2500mm or 2600mm

The floor plan has to be open plan living. Comply with crossflow ventilation.

The roof will be skillion and the façade should be modern and executive look.

Please, tell more about the programme. Do you need a garage or the car will park on the plot? Any specific needs, for example, extra storage, study room or warehouse? Would you like to use the maximum surface for the house or you would prefer to have a bigger garden?

  Yes we need double garage if you look at site plan you can see driveway crossover . Size can be from 180 to 210 sqm
