Update Wordpress Website AND Create Secure Back End

We have a wordpress based website designed and uploaded by another Freelancer as a result of a prior job. I need the following to happen on the website:
1 Create several new posts (3) each relating to a different narrated children's story (the stories already exist).
2 Upload 2 minute video clip (in existence in WMV format) so that it is viewable as a preview of the story on the post page.
3 Input text to each post (we will draft this but one already exists) describing the story.
4 Upload 3 images representing each narrated story to a "Products" page which already exists and make the images links to the appropriate post corresponding to that story image.
5 Upload Paypal "Buy Now" button to each post - we will provide code from Paypal for you to do this.
6 Create a back end (or else install Linklok for Paypal which we will purchase) so users are directed to secure area to download digital purchases after paying with Paypal.
7 Create the back end pages relating to the download and do all things ancillary to ensure system works.
8 OPTIMISE website for search engines using meta tags et al.
The prior job we posted resulted in a poor experience for us on Freelancer but we are giving it another go. The Wordpress stuff should all be relatively simple and we could no doubt do that part ourselves however, time constraints prevent us from doing so. You will however, need to know what you are doing with the back end stuff and the optimisation. Please read this carefully as this is what we want done along with all things reasonably necessary to achieve these. We will only pay when the site is actually live and up and running correctly. Do not bid and then seek to change the parameters (which we foolishly allowed last job). MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE SKILLS BEFORE BIDDING ON THIS JOB!
