Optimise Existing Website & Embed WMV on Page

We have an existing website for a small home business. The website is 3 pages total and was created in Microsoft Publisher. We want the website to be improved generally and optimised for web search engines. We also want a links page created with links to other sites (reciprocal) and if we can build in some revenue generating 'per click' ads too that would be great.
In addition, we want to embed a short video clip (already exists) in WMV format into the website so people can preview the product (narrated children's stories) before purchase.
Finally, if we can have a paypal "Pay Now" or chechout or similar option included that would be perfect.
The website is already up and running and hosted so these are improvements to what we have already.
