Hi, I'm after a simple informative web site. No need for info gathering or commercial (sales) aspect. Site will be based on the following template: All text and graphics will be provided. I will provide clear instructions as to the desired layout of each page. Anticipated number of pages: 4-5. Each page will have subcategories. I only require assistance with converting the template to a fully functional website. Photoshop skills will be considered as a bonus, as may come in handy for basic editing of images.

I have a template that I bought off of , you can view it here... I want this theme fixed so that all of the pages are viewable/centered at 1024 x 768 resolution.
