Contest Brief

I am looking for a comprehensive design for my garden and a modern granny annexe. This must be incorporated into the current layout to give an idea of what it will look like.i.e superimposed onto image 81 or 82

GARDEN DESIGN:
- I'm interested in a modern, minimalistic design that incorporates an outdoor seating/entertainment area.
- The design should be visually appealing, easy to maintain, and practical for social gatherings.

GRANNY ANNEXE:
- The granny annexe should be designed as a full living space, complete with amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and living area.
- The design should focus on making the most of the available space, ensuring comfort and functionality.
- An innovative approach to the design is welcome, as long as it aligns with the modern aesthetic of the overall project.

I'm looking for a freelancer who:
- Has experience in designing both outdoor spaces and living quarters.
- Can deliver modern, practical and creative designs.
- Understands how to blend aesthetics and functionality.
- Is able to provide clear, detailed plans for both the garden and the granny annexe.
