Contest Brief

I'm seeking a creative graphic designer to craft an infographic. Size needs to be square (it is going to be in a presentation and needs text next to it)

SOW for Graphic Creation

The following needs to be visible in the graphic. See the attachments for images examples and more information:

Beach scene - more water than beach
3 pairs of snorkelers in the water, snorkeling at the surface - looking down in the water. They have snorkels and masks on.

At the beach you will find a number of tourists, on a towel or under a small umbrella - just to give the look and feel of a tourist beach. Then there is a life guard (or two) that is standing at the waterline, looking out over the water. Radio(s) in the hand.

In a tiki hut or some other somewhat beachy but not frumpy structure at the side of the beach you will see a person looking at a computer screen. On the screen there is information (red and green) about the snorkeler. There needs to be some kind of symbol (light flash of some kind?) to show that the ‘screen” is ‘talking’ with the snorkel masks. (the actual connection is through radio wavelengths.)

Then we want to show that if one of those signals shows red the snorkeler is in trouble, the signal will show that on the screen and the person monitoring the snorkelers can then signal the lifeguard to help the swimmer.
