We need designs of a backyard office and patio space.

11 foot x 18 foot office space. (French or sliding doors on the patio side)
The roof must be less than 14 feet tall.
We'd like the patio to be covered with an outdoor fan.

The design should match the look and feel of the attached home.

We will need a complete list of the materials required to build the office and patio and also the recommended furniture for the space.
