Contest Brief

I'm looking for an Android developer to create a simple app that's primarily an information display. The information displayed within the app should be updated through an admin panel.

The core functionality will be notifications sent to the user's phone every so often that mimic the likeness of cashapp, chime, wells Fargo, and other banking services communication. These notifications will let the user know that they just received 10,000$ in fake money or another example, the user may recieve a notification letting them know that the cash advance for a fake project was approved and that they just received some amount of money. The goal of this app is the convince the user that they are a multi millionaire via notifications and alerts.

The frequency and type of notifications should be able to be set by the user. It is important that these notifications look realistic for the bank that they are pretending to be.

Key Features:
- Information display app: The app will be designed to showcase content to the end-users.
- Admin panel: The core functionality of this admin panel should specifically enable me to add or edit the content displayed in the app.
