I am really disappointed with this freelancer. They are meant to be British, however submitted an error-ridden report back to me written in American English. When I highlighted this and asked them to re-write, it was met with a reluctance and some rather abrupt messages. I am now going to have to hire someone else to do the job from scratch, leaving me only 1 day before the deadline. Not happy. I also paid them the milestone on the project because they harassed me to release it as soon as the work was submitted, not allowing me the courtesy to get the worked checked through. Not a good experience, this person needs to learn patience, improve their client communication skills, as well as their English grammar.
