Zololoy

Ornamental Packaging Project for Universidad Loyola del Pacfico.

Each year the council of Deans from every Jesuit University in the country gather and it's accustomed that the hosting university of said reunion gives a small gift/detail as a token of appreciation and kindness to each Dean; the gift is usually a small token proper of the region. During 2008, it was the turn of the University to be a host to the event, in which a picture frame made by the artisans of the Olinal region in Guerrero (state where the university is located) was given.

The project was created in different cardboards: Amate paper for the exterior envelope and Caple cardboard for the interior box that held the gift. The manual details of the artesian were extended and made with a simple silkscreen printing. The conjunction of modern printing process with hand made papers created an unique look and feel for the packaging, which was interesting, different and attractive.

Olinal

Videogame created as a Thesis Project to receive the title of "Master's in Media, Arts and Technology" from Michigan State University. The video game was created with two purposes: entertainment and serious goals.

The research project joining Teddy Knight consisted on informing, finding and rediscovering the link between the advertising remembrance and the "flow" phenomena on video games with advertisement. The results are still under observation.

The entertainment game had for goal to create an interesting, different and compelling universe of easy visual access to which the player can feel linked on an emotional level.

The Three Mothers

Project created for the Universidad Loyola del Pacfico. Each year, the university generates a planner that is delivered to faculty, employed and students so they can get informed as to when will the different events take place during the next year as well as important dates that need to be contemplated by the university.

The project was leaded during two years, in which the use of the spread plane (a week spread on two pages) was implemented, among other ideas that made the design simple and usable.
