We set up the project by 2 targets, not by progress because this is subjective: Publishing our product in two websites. Before starting, we also specified by chat again that we knew the targets, but not the steps nor requirements, and both of them had to be provided by the freelancer. The problem was they accepted it without knowing them either. We accepted new conditions like extending the time from 1 month to 2 months, later to 4 and finally to 10. Also we accepted to pay 50% for each one, instead of waiting for both of them, and other media files they needed, we didn't had and we produce ourselves. This project failed not because they didn't work, but because they didn't have experience. When the problems came up, it was clear that they said yes to everything by chat to get the project. We both will waste money and time. Also, be careful because they use a lot of bots and SPAM techniques which in out case damaged us.
