Key Contributions:  Lead for IT Help Desk Operations for 1 Lahore and 3 KPK Remote Sites with the team of five resources.  Experienced in Linux / SOLARIS / Windows / VMware Deployments & Configuration.  Managing Exchange 2010 Servers with DAG configuration for high availability.  Designed and Managed Private Enterprise Cloud in distributed datacentres using VMWare VSphere ESXi 5.1/5.5.  Deployed VMWare V-Centre 5.1 to manage 100+ Hosts and 300+ VMs for Lahore and Karachi Datacentres.  Designed and deployed the Separate Private Cloud Infrastructure for a BPO project for 100+ network nodes.  Designed the MS AX Dynamics ERP deployment projects infrastructure solutions.  Remote installation and management of SUN SOLARIS 10 as per the onsite team requirements.  Remote management of Linux Cluster environments.  Ensure IT procedures and practices as per ISMS.  Actively participated in developing process documentation for updates and security patches deployment.  Responsible to documentation standards, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting processes.  Responsible to deploy network and security devices and their topologies.  Site to site VPN is established using TMG 2010. Shares, SMTP and FTP are configured using Windows 2012R2.  Nagios monitoring Server maintenance tasks for onshore and offshore datacentre’s monitoring.
