Radu Urdea is actively working as a CTO in a 40 employee factory manufacturing industrial components. He started as a 2D AutoCAD draftsman, helping enginners to develop and create new designs for the components in manucturing. Involving in CNC manufacturing he aqcquired the skills to operate milling machines and the employer promoted him as a CAM programmer after taking courses. After hard work, a few years later he became chief technical director overseeing production line, engineers, quality control department and is currently the right hand of CEO.
