I've worked with Techguy on a small 10-15h project. Very good communication throughout the project. Ensuring he understands the needs, the project scope before working, and maintain daily updates.Technically, he delivered a solution which fulfilled all requirements. The reason for an 8 is that there was a slightly more elegant solution possible.I'd recommend Techguy to anyone, especially if you need a developer to function in a group or with management.
