Sunil has a tremendous amount of design skill and is willing to coach employers on good design and the reasoning behind his decisions. There are times when the employer is determined to have a certain 'look' for reasons that may not be in compliance with good design, so with respect to that, Sunil may need to be a little more flexible. However, overall--my experience with Sunil was very very positive and I have enjoyed working with him. I will absolutely offer Sunil more work! and hope he accepts!
