A certified team player yet I can also work independently. I always crave to learn new things. I make it a point that whatever task is appointed to me, it is done on time without quality being compromised. I've been in the call center industry for more that 2 years. With the nature of what I do, I am well-versed into how customer service should be done. I try to really live by the "customer-centered" kind of service because it is definitely a domino effect; You take care of your customers, they will take in consideration the kind of work you do for them. It is pretty much the same thing in the freelance industry. Show your clients that you really care for them by doing the jobs assigned to you efficiently and you will be rewarded. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications in one of the state universities here in the Philippines.
