To obtain prescribed confirmations and undertakings regarding the staff’s Curriculum Vitae, Experience Certificates, Relieving Letters of previous employer, Qualifications, Passports/Work Permits, Photographs, confidential reports, in originals or copies as applicable and place the same on record under proper security.
To identify training needs based on the feedbacks given by the HODs
Arranging for the training programe in coordination with HODs
To implement training programmes, performance improvement programmes for the employees whose performance has not been found to be satisfactory.
Secretarial Screening all incoming and outgoing mails
Independent correspondence with outside agencies
Handling Phone Calls
Organizing tour programme/ itinerary
Fixing appointments
Arranging air/ Rail tickets, Hotel accommodation, conferences, parties and get-togethers.
Coordination and follow-ups at various levels – both internal and external
Follow ups for compliances for minutes of meetings.
Taking minutes of Departmental/ Project meetings.
To co-ordinate with other departments and project Staff & Dept. Staff for the completion of the Assignment being handled.
To maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics for all the Assignments handled on behalf of the Company and also not to divulge any information or undertake any activity where clash of professional interest would occur.
Corporate Independently summarizing various reports received from Branch offices into a final MIS report.
Preparing Administrative reports for MIS purpose.
Making graphical presentation for monthly meetings.
Preparing tender documents and Bank guarantees.
Administrative Maintaining original Title documents, Deeds and Licences.
Maintaining assortment of files in addition to organizing and indexing (including confidential files)
Liaising with all Departments/ branches.
Maintaining leave record, medical/ vehicle expenses.
Indenting and arranging for office stationary items and managing their supplies.
