Responsibilities include: • Writing, Developing and Implementing online training modules on hardware and other equipment used by Foreign Service Officers • Producing and editing digital video recordings of hardware and equipment demonstrations for distance learning modules, providing written documents, storyboards, test plans and results • Researching new technologies for the purpose of transferring technical expertise into instructional systems • Analyzing other SMEs(subject matter experts) terminal objectives and enabling objectives; translating objectives into multimedia or web applications • Peer reviewing and editing other SMEs terminal objectives and enabling objectives • Designing and developing user interface features for multimedia or distance learning applications • Developing animation and special effects graphics for training modules • Producing Transcription and Closed Captions for training videos and training related videos • Create illustrations and graphics for training scenarios
