I am a life-long learner and curious most of the time about what works and what don’t work. Always asking why, how and what and finding myself looking for answers. My interest is as diverse as the universe. I can really be so captivated with a project that nothing else matters in the world. I can be very intense and laser focused on my work. I guess my curiosity and insatiable desire to brings out the best work from me apart from the excellent university training in research. Over the years of my professional life I gained a diversified work experience in sales and business development, research operations and management; managing cross functional teams and a bottom line orientation. I am customer focused, strong in building relationships to grow accounts and generate solid client base and generate referrals building inroads into new accounts. I bring creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to all business endeavors. I have completed numerous market research, executive search and recruitment projects. One significant project I had was for a Philippine BPO who wanted to create a business case and win work for the Philippine office. My team and I were task for the research and business case, also helping in the discussion with US stakeholder. It was a big win because Philippines got the job
