 Responsible for all communication with clients towards article sourcing issues (e-newspaper delivery) – financial as well as technical  Coordinating with vendors to ensure that no sourcing issues arise  Provide single-window-solutions to our clients by also coordinating with their vendors / channel partners  Very well versed with NewsDesk (service provider’s tool). Performed complete system configuration in order to capture all sources  Review service provider’s tools / configuration periodically  Keep up to date and consistent configuration documentation (auto tags, configuration, etc.)  Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments and also recover the same from clients  Thoroughly audit and approve / reject vendor payments related to licensed third party content fees. Present and recover the same from clients on a quarterly basis
