Networks and Security (the worker) alleged that the deliverables were 100% complete by the deadline and chrisrunns1 (the employer) alleged that they were not. vWorker tested the deliverables and found one or more non-cosmetic flaws in the deliverables. Both parties agred to award 30% of the funds for the work done. All remaining funds in escrow were returned to chrisrunns1.

Petr Sejba (the employer) had initially accepted the work as 100% complete. Later they alleged that Networks and Security (the worker) had submitted 3rd party work in the project without their permission and thereby had violated the copyrights. It was determined that Networks and Security had violated the copyrights. Hence they were given a poor rating of (-3) and their account was closed. All funds in escrow were returned to Petr Sejba (the employer).
