• Image, deploy and support laptop workstations running Windows 7 Enterprise.
• Create and maintain Active Directory user accounts, access, and groups.
• •Assigning and taking ownership of IT Ticket Requests.
• Provide telecom support for various devices (iPhones, BlackBerrys, Androids, Mitel and Analog phones).
• Administering internal software solutions such as MozyPro, Citrix ShareFile, Citrix GoToMeeting, Microsoft Lync, Smart sheet, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution with in defined SLA. Escalating to other internal and external teams as appropriate.
