There was a special utility developed to capture the Telephone logging system, which was used to generate the bill to the customer. To handle the operation outside India, client had to send images from time to time to showcase the product to their clients, dealers for the approval. This kind of arrangement was time consuming and tedious task. AEON Solution: A web based database application which enables data capture at H.O and based on the user rights allow viewing of the same. This solution was very secure, as the images uploaded would only be viewed. The images cannot be saved, neither print screen can be used. Only the client can view their designs depending upon the album created for them by the H.O.
