Need some1 with exp with pap4 & interspire shopping cart

This kid was the worst person i have seen. I asked him repeatably does he understand how to do the project. he says yes yes exactly. Than i accept his bid expecting to be able to give him my ftp information, And he would go to work. HE HAD NO CLUE what to do. Than just randomly signs off and sends me a message two days later saying he is very busy and cant do the work...WASTED 4 DAYS of my time cost me around 400 dollars to deal with this loser. DO NOT HIRE HIM HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING
