Who I work with? I work with freelancers who invest time to understand my job post and my chat messages. If I initiate a chat on your bid with you and then suddenly stop answering your messages then understand that you are not my type. Either I have come to know that you cant do it or you are a lazy person who does not believe in reading and investing a bit of time to understand your employers requirement even though the information provided by the employer has all the answers to what you have asked. Many freelancers ask me to see their wow reviews. It does not matter to me. You might have executed multiple jobs here and got 5 star ratings by involving your employers man hours into discussion when they had already provided you all the details in a proper format. I don't want to encourage that. I better invest my precious time on some other priority and hire a freelancer who respects my time too. So that's the point. Working with me can be very simple and straight forward if you can keep it that way. Thanks for reading.
