Over the past five years I have had the opportunity to enhance my ability to multi-task while dealing with many customers and inquiries on a regular basis. I have worked in the airline and industry therefore I am used to irregular shifts and long hours, and this has given me the experience of maintaining high customer service standards, no matter how pressurized the environments. As a result of these varying careers, I have learnt to be calm and collected and always professional. I am efficient and customer friendly. I am punctual and always a team player but am happy to take on individual projects. I work well under pressure and I enjoy taking on new challenges.
