GET AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!! I HAD MY WORST FREELANCER EXPERIENCE WITH THIS GUY. I created a milestone for him but never did the job.. Actually he didn't do anything at all. When I tried to dispute the milestone and give the project to someone else he refused and I had to loose another 8 days until the dispute is resolved in my favor. During that time he was trying to extract as much money as he can (I have to pay my sub, I have to pay for the server, my family is poor...). This guy is a big liar, with no communication or technical skills, and no professionalism. At start, he will try to convince you to give him the project and create a milestone. Once done, you will never see him again and will barely answer your messages. He will ask you for money because he needs it for the job or to help his family. Your job will never be done and you will loose your money and time. THIS GUY MUST BE BANNED FROM USING FREELANCER PLATFORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
