This client from the Czech Republic (ROYAX) asked me to design a foldable stretcher for their emergency medical equipment line. The goal was to create a lightweight, durable, and easily foldable structure for efficient patient transport in ambulances. I designed this stretcher using a set of hydraulic cylinders for smooth and controlled folding. The main frame was built with high-strength aluminum tubing, offering a solid balance between weight and rigidity. The final design is compact, user-friendly, and optimized for real-world emergency use.
