Create and oversee programs to increase membership awareness and membership sales with a focus on organized membership drives. Write grant proposals to fund educational programming. Work with Development and Marketing staff to design and produce membership materials for internal use. Work with VP of Development, Development Officer, and Special Events Coordinator to improve and enhance fundraising strategies and programs. Generate and track renewals, tax letters, and membership cards. Coordinate, track, and enter data for the Annual Fund Drive including organizing the original mailing and reminders. Perform record maintenance in the donor database. Prepare deposit reports and financial program progress reports.
