Tyler was awesome - not only was he enthusiastic about the work, he offered his opinions on server adjustments, tweaks, and information. And I didn't want to go with one of his suggestions, and he wasn't upset (Which can be common when you disregard an expert's opinion/suggestion). It's probably one of the highest compliments I can pay him after being in this industry for so long. Not only did he not complain, but he happily setup the server exactly as I specified, and double-checked validity and performance to make sure it was set. Highly recommended - professional, informative, and easy to work with.
