The migration process included: COBOL code analysis and the creation of activities diagrams and classes diagrams in Bluage, daily meetings following SCRUM, testing modernizing programs in Linux servers, management of program versions with GIT and the comparison of the result generated by COBOL programs with the result generated by the modernized program.

My work consisted of made interviews with the users who demanding new functionalities and recover information enough to start the analyst of the future solution.
