After graduating from the University of Washington (Seattle) with the Bachelor's Degree in Finance and International Business, I started working as a financial due diligence analyst in PwC Vietnam where I carried out financial due diligence on small and medium sized Vietnamese enterprises and listed entities through a wide range of industries including real estate, manufacturing, hydropower plants, FMCG, and pharmaceutical industry. With my team, we identified deal issues, and figured out how deals are valued and structured in Vietnam through analysis of financial and operational information and interviewing management teams. As a senior consultant, I so helped train junior staffs and review their works on a day-to-day basis to ensure the quality of our final deliverable Besides my experience in the Finance field, I am also an entrepreneur. I founded Glocal English Centre which provides English classes to students from different age groups in Ho Chi Minh city.
