When I worked for Totalsoft, I used to implement and to offer technical support services for their customers.
Even my stage in Totalsoft was not so long, I finalized several implementations, as Raiffeisen Broker Romania, Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria, NBG Leasing, BMW Rusia (communication interface between Charisma ERP and RStyle bank system).
I also offerred technical support services for customers as BCR Leasing, Tiriac Leasing, RCI Leasing, Raiffeisen Broker, Piraeus Leasing, Bavaria Leasing, RALFI, ItaloRomena Leasing, EFG, Volvo Leasing.

Charisma ERP implementations

During last 5 years, I used to manage the ERP system of my company, just by myself. In terms of operations, this means:
- process analyses, specific algorithm development and implementation;
- producing financial information based on specific manipulations;
- developing new reports and stored procedures for complex data manipulations in MS SQL database;
- creating new automatic tools which allow our system to interfere with any other systems, exporting and importing data from different file formats, online and offline applications;

Charisma ERP is an ERP application based on a MS SQL database, developed by Totalsoft. It covers more then 70% from the Romanian leasing market. I used to implement Charisma ERP on financial services vertical. I had to find solutions in order to respect and fulfill clients' requests. I have completed three implementations, for Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria, Raiffeisen Broker Romania and NBG Leasing Romania. I used to offer technical support for other implementations. I worked for this marketing & research company, making VBA scripts and data analyses based on MS SQL database and Excel files. I combined a lot of xls files, obtaining complex reports, with both manual and automatic preparations, designing VBA scripts, with complex exports in PowerPoint. I administrated a MS SQL database, implementing new algorithms, queries and data updates.
