I have remarkable experiences in the fields of Auditing, Accounting, Real Estate/Hospitality Management, and Customer Service for almost 10years now. My Accounting Experience evolved in activities for a Global Treasury team based in Singapore for a shipping Line. Another is the migration of data from the old accounting system to another for a Real Estate Software Company in Texas which I had been given the opportunity to be a Specialist and later on the Supervisor of the Migrations team. For my Audit Experience, I performed various audit procedures such as Template Preparation, External Confirmation and Analytics Assistance necessary to provide support to the Assurance function of Global top 3 Auditing firm for Asia Pacific member such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia & New Zealand. Also, I have spent most of my career in the Real Estate Administration business. The most essential role I had is the management of operators in Philippines working for communication via the internet with the guests who accommodate the properties under the custody of an administration company in Japan. I am a fast learner and can work independently. I can speak and write good English so having meetings and numerous conversations is not a problem. I believe that through my work experience and my strong work ethics and values, I will be a great asset and can contribute to the success of the company.
