Hello! I am a professional chef who had a direct path to food journalism , but then went to culinary school and stayed in the kitchen! This doesn't mean I don't have writing skills--I have a BA in English/Creative Writing from Binghamton University and was a food and nutrition editor at a national magazine. Please think of me if you need help with a project, especially it is in the subject of food, nutrition or recipe writing.
