Experience of more than 9.5 years in IT services with the hands on experience of Business Analytical and Reporting, Product Management, Customer management, Service Management, Incident Management, Project Management, Service Desk, Qliksense BI Tool and SFDC, ServiceNow, EDW etc. Very flexible, multi-tasking with the priorities and comfortable working independently. Capacity Tracking: Monitor and Manage equipment leases and server licenses
Maintain records or leases and identify termination dates to the lifecycle managers
Obtain financial information (MRR) for products as well as customers

Work independently and with team members to understand database structure and business processes to establish data sources and meaningful reporting. Perform data validation and document discrepancies.

Summarizing, presenting, and providing feedback on key findings in online, spreadsheet

Building reports and Dashboards off of Salesforce
Work with Qlik Engineering team for any new request or amendment in the existing
dashboard
Work on Analytics tools like Qlik Sense to create Dashboards and Views
Conduct QA to ensure new Qlik amend request are correct and share the feedback
Present the Analysis in a form of ppt to the Leadership team for Products like Managed
Cloud AWS, Colocation, Network, etc
