**Career so far**
I started to work as a programmer while I was still studying. In my work I started from implementing only, and then after proving my skills, I begin to develop my own software solutions and design functional parts of database model. I also managed a small team of programmers in my work and I proved my skills in this area. In every project I worked on I had a direct contact with customers - usually abroad. I have also experience in working in the international team. As for now I am working in cooperating software company in Berlin for 3 years and part-time in Szczecin, Poland.
## Area of Expertise
* Very good knowledge of Microsft SQL Server in versions 6.5, 7.0 and TransactSQL including SQL Server specific features (server-side procedures, triggers, views etc.)
* Very rich experience in relational database design for business applications
* Good knowledge of programming in Windows 32-bit environment (I developed among others in Centura Team Developer and Visual Basic for Applications) and Windows Scripting Host
* Good ability to maintain and manage relational databases (I have experience in administering Microsoft SQL Server,Centura SQLBase Server and MySQL server)
* Good knowledge in enterprise logic and business logic
* Good knowledge of many programming languages (SQL, Centura Team Developer (SAL), Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications, Python), and partial but practical knowledge in many other (C#, HTML, C++, Java)
* Experience in many technologies and libraries: Microsoft Data Transformation Services (DTS), OLAP, ODBC, OLE2/Activex, DirectX etc.
* Good knowledge of many developing tools: Centura Team Developer, Visual Studio, SQLCase and other DB design tools
* Experience in designing and programming OLAP services for data mining and warehousing
* Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) title in area of SQL Server database design and implementing
