The Internship helped me acquire in-depth knowledge on professional communication, capacity building, teamwork collaborative tasks, report writing, mutual work cohesion, time management, critical thinking, and creative skills. However, the field experience is one of the impending factors that was missing in the Internship. However, I would like to take more projects in the future and improve faster, which would give me self-confidence and help put up my opinions and ideas in a confident manner.
